The project consortium appointed IDEC to be the project quality management coordinator. IDEC will draft a Quality Management & Evaluation plan (A12) including the development of tools for the evaluation of a.o. the project effectiveness, project progress, IO quality, impact, the TNM and Multiplier Events organisation. For their staff profiles see section D).
Intellectual Output Activity Leading Organisations will prepare their part and will be in charge of monitoring and maintaining deadlines belonging to their IO. These meetings will be held at a fixed day and time and will be set well in advance.
As indicated above, ELAZIG MTAL , together with all the project partners will draw, as an initial step of the project, a general Project handbook (A2) with a work plan in which monitoring and quality evaluation process will be well-defined.
The monitored quantitative and qualitative indicators that act as criteria for evaluating the results are at least:
– correspondence between objectives – activities – results;
– achieved impact on target groups;
– comparison between actual and planned quantitative parameters,
– implementation of the exploitation strategy,
– general efficiency and sustainability.
To make this more concrete, IDEC will develop the methodology and will draft a Quality Evaluation Plan (A12) including the development of evaluation tools for the evaluation of a.o. the project effectiveness, project progress, IO quality, impact on target group (numbers and feedback), the TNM and Multiplier Events organisation (number of participants and their feedback).
On suspicion of perverting the results of pre-planned, a special Steering Committee meeting may be convened. Monitoring and evaluation results will be recorded in the minutes of the meetings
